PLAY GUIDE

Part-time · Tysons Corner Center, McLean VA · $16–$21/hr depending on experience

Play Guides are at the heart of the Tiny's Corner experience. You'll welcome families, facilitate daily guided activities, and support children as they explore the space.

What you'll do:

• Welcome children and parents at the entrance

• Facilitate daily guided activities including science experiments, creative sessions, and movement play

• Support children during open play — observing, encouraging, and gently guiding when needed

• Maintain a clean, organized, and calm play environment

• Assist with activity setup and reset between sessions

What we're looking for:

• Genuine warmth and patience with young children ages 1–9

• Experience in childcare, early education, or a similar role is preferred

• Calm and attentive under busy conditions

• Reliable and punctual

• First Aid and CPR certified, or willing to obtain before start date

• Background check required

CAFÉ STAFF

Part-time · Tysons Corner Center, McLean VA · $16–$18/hr depending on experience

Our café is where parents take a breath. You'll serve quality coffee and simple snacks with care, keeping the experience warm and efficient for every family that visits.

What you'll do:

• Prepare and serve espresso drinks, hot drinks, and café items

• Maintain a clean and well-stocked café area throughout the day

• Welcome parents and make them feel at ease

• Handle transactions and point-of-sale operations

• Assist with restocking and end-of-day café close

What we're looking for:

• Experience in a café, coffee shop, or hospitality role

• Barista skills preferred

• Friendly, composed, and efficient in a customer-facing role

• Comfortable working in a family environment with young children nearby

• Reliable and punctual

• Background check required
