Official Terms & Conditions

COUNTING INSTRUCTIONS (PLEASE READ CAREFULLY)

To participate, you are asked to count how many “Tiny” characters appear in the barricade artwork shown on the Tiny’s Corner construction wall and website.

When counting, please follow these rules:

• Do not include the three larger illustrated “Tiny” characters shown as part of the design.

• Do not include the “Tiny” shown under the arrow or used as a visual reference.

All other “Tiny” characters visible in the artwork may be included in your count.

Because visual interpretation may vary, Tiny Timbers, LLC’s interpretation of the artwork and counting rules is final and binding.

HOW TO PLAY

To enter the Tiny’s Corner promotional game (the “Game”):

1. Visit the official Tiny’s Corner game landing page during the entry period.

2. Review the barricade artwork and counting instructions.

3. Submit a numerical count.

4. Complete the online entry form with your name, email address, and phone number.

5. Agree to these Terms & Conditions and submit your entry.

Only one (1) entry per person is permitted. No purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win.

ENTRY PERIOD

The Game begins on April 1, 2026 and ends at the time of Tiny’s Corner’s official opening (the “Entry Period”). Entries submitted outside the Entry Period are not eligible.

ELIGIBILITY

Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of Tiny Timbers, LLC are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law.

ENTRY CONDITIONS

Entries must be submitted through the official online entry form. Incomplete, duplicate, automated, scripted, or fraudulent entries may be disqualified at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor is not responsible for incorrect or incomplete entry information.

Submission of an entry constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

WINNER SELECTION

One (1) grand prize winner will be selected from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period.

Winner selection will occur during the week prior to Tiny’s Corner’s opening and will be conducted via random drawing.

Correctly guessing the number of “Tiny” characters is not required to win.

The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

WINNER NOTIFICATION AND ANNOUNCEMENT

The selected winner will be contacted via email and/or phone using the information provided at entry. The winner may be announced on Tiny’s Corner’s website and social media channels.

If the selected winner does not respond within 72 hours, Sponsor may select an alternate winner.

PRIZE DESCRIPTION

Grand Prize: One Year of Free Play at Tiny’s Corner

One (1) winner will receive one year of free play at Tiny’s Corner Play Café, subject to the following conditions:

• Includes up to 8 play sessions per month

• Valid for 12 months from Tiny’s Corner’s official opening date

• Non-transferable

• No cash value

• Subject to availability and standard scheduling rules

• Cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, or memberships

Additional prizes may be distributed in connection with the opening of Tiny’s Corner, at Sponsor’s discretion.

Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.

PUBLICITY

By accepting a prize, the winner agrees to allow Tiny’s Corner to use their first name, last initial, and/or likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

PRIVACY

Information collected will be used solely to administer the Game, contact the winner, and send Tiny’s Corner updates only if the participant has opted in. Personal information will not be sold or shared with third parties. Participants may unsubscribe at any time.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Tiny Timbers, LLC is not responsible for technical issues, website downtime, lost or misdirected entries, errors in entry information, or any injury, loss, or damage related to participation in the Game or use of the prize. Participation is at the participant’s own risk.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Game if circumstances beyond its control compromise the integrity of the Game. Sponsor’s decisions regarding all aspects of the Game are final and binding.
